Dear Sir, I have generated a bar code using My Jio App but but when I login after few days it shows redeemed what could I do now if you are able to solve this issue then you are going in success else your privacy policy is not working in right direction.

Jio team My handset is gionee f103 pro I generated my Jio bar code on 24.9.2016 but when i go to the reliance digital express store to take my jio sim at 1.10.2016 but I was disappointed that my Bar Code was already redeemed i was shoked. I could not do anything to that code but i could not get the sim. I want to know that if i don’t do anything then how it is possible someone else take sim with my code.
