To the authority, usually I and my family buy and use Bata Shoes for long. But now unfortunately, a pair of shoes (purchased on 07.05.2016 from BATA SHOE Store, Shop No. 00496, ChandarnagoreII, Pin 712136) shows defective and unsuitable for use. For goodself and relation, my earnest request for making arrangement of replacement as above. Santu Datta

Dear Sir, I had purchased puppy hush shoes from your showroom in Sonepat (Haryana) in the month of Nov, 2017 with a warranty of six month. After use of one month the shoe sole cave in and complaint the showroom man about this. Subsequently the showroom man assured me that he would lodge complaint with the company for replacement and inform me accordingly. But regret to inform you that after lapse of about two months I have not heard anything from the showroom man. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action.
