Pathetic Product & Service Story of Canon

Hi All,

How can Canon claim to be the world leading organisation in Printers Products ???? This is how you people simply loots your customer. As per my yesterday mail i waked up sleeping Canon rajasthan India representatives and they said they will get my issue resolved within two days.

Canon representative visited my office at 01:00 PM today.

But the issue remains as it is and the answers what i have got from the Representatives are so irresponsible from brand like canon.First of all he said the test prints are coming fine only xerox has some problem but when i gave a print in front of him he agreed thats its not up to the mark, then he opened the device and cleaned something and the print got better but again he said it has a cartridge problem- Why he didnt informed me this one he first vistied my office 6-8 months before or why he asked me to bring the MFP to his office 4 months before where he took INR 200 from me without any acknowledgement.

Now Canon people are saying your cartridge is gone, and you have to purchase a new one which will cost you around INR 4000-4400 approx (Half the value of a new printer). MFP total cost is INR 9000. (Orginal bill has been given to the service person)

How can you expect a customer to invest so much eventhough he has not used this device so frequently. (It has been used for like only 100-200 pages at the time it started giving lighter prints six months before). I purchased this Canon MFP in March 2016 and i am facing this issue from last six months which is well known by the Canon service person over here, infact he repaired my printer 4 months before after taking INR 200 from me that too i sent my printer to his office without any acknoledgement.

I regret my biggest mistake for opting Canon where i had a better option in the name of HP. Canon Services rajasthan head has given me reason as that the cartridge which comes with the new device is has to be changed after 500-700 prints but then why you people give one year or 1500 pages print (as per canon representative) warranty.

And above that i have only used for 100-200 prints just after that i had issues of light print. Instead of solving the issue 6 months before you are asking me to pay INR 4000-4400 more.

Your service people neither guided us for the original cartridge or refill nothing when he first came to our office 6-8 months before. He said its as per you if you want a local refill you should go ahead.

If you people cant give proper service then don’t give warranty of one year and give proper instructions and suggestions when customer come to purchase you product.

Canon just misguide there customer with the inbuilt cartridge which is of half or less then half quality accessary when its purchased again New after its full usages. (as per Canon Service head) . Don’t mislead customer and ruin there hard earned money. I want you people to either replace my cartridge or take back your device from my office.

I will definitely spread this words with my relatives and friends & will also make sure that this case gets noticed on social media as well. So that everyone should be aware of how canon loots or misguide there customers.

Will keep my fight open and will do all what required to get this pathetic service or misguiding company get noticed by everyone in India.
