Jio Lyf mobile Handset – Warranty Claim Unsettled

I bought a Jio lyf phone on 6th jan, 2017 and it stopped working. i took it to the service centre and they told me that it is dead and the reason is subject out of warranty. It was a faulty phone and without asking me they cancelled my jobsheet. After making tough follow up i got to know that its not in their hand. Everytime i called i met a different person and they did not even transfer the call to previous person i spoke to. Don’t buy their phones as once u go to service centre and life is hell. No assurity of your money. I was even told to get a solution in 2 days but its 3 days now and no response. In total it’s been 20+ days and i don’t know what to do,, i just poured my money in wrong product and wrong company . complaint number 20451059
