Sir I am using Samsung Galaxy J7 & I have have registered my jio sim activation for about 5 days ago and still i couldn’t get the SIM Activated. I have tried to call the customer service for about 1 hour and there was no respond. Can you please help me on this issue ?

Hi Sir , I got the sim on 27/8/2016 and until today my jio sim card isn’t activated. I tried calling the customer care number of jio , but there is no response, my bar code is already show redeemed. I request u to activate my sim #70111 87500. Before the end of jio preview offer.Please solve my issue. My alternate no is 8285477936.

Hi , I purchased a sim card on 16 Aug used for a week then phone is showing no sim card I complaint to CC haven’t received any response from them, I already submitted my document for provisional sim card that is still not activated. where should I log a complaint for this?
