I was sold the 4G wi-fi dongle with a wrong plan commitment. This was not clarified even in the welcome call made when i repeated the details. After 3-4 days of connection when i realized i have been cheated i contacted airtel customer service and then appellate. First an appellate person Geethanjali said i was lying until on a conference call the sales person indeed has sold me a wrong plan. After that she activated another plan that i did not consent to. Subsequently after few weeks of struggle Ms. Baby agreed to cancelling my subscription and refunding the entire amount i had paid. But now suddenly the team says that it is not in their policy and they are not paying my money. Now for 3 days of usage i have been cheated into buying a dongle at the price of 2.3K. the device is locked and i cannot even use it elsewhere. I have been writing to them to claim the refund promised by they always are replying with a standard revert.
I want the sales person and Ms Geethanjali to be held liable for putting me through this harassment. I also want my money that i paid for the dongle back and the bill that has been generated for the 3 – days usage to be waived.
