Hi, Plz help me to resolve the issue,as I recharge ISD and IR Pack of Rs 1101 for international usage.But when I reached at international roaming that time there is no network availability in my handset. also tried to latch on other tie up network but unable to get the network. It’s hard to say that it is completely waste of money I spend on recharge because of non usage . Also raised complaint on 198 but was not resolved. Service request ID is SR00000F8ID0. I request you to kindly refund my unused recharge amount by cheque /cash payment mode.
