This is in reference to order no. 20623670721, dated December 16, 2017. I had ordered headphones of company ‘Boat’ product link attached herewith. I regretfully inform you that the earphones thus supplied are fake. I am deeply pained to see that such a thing is happening with an esteemed service provider like Snapdeal. I require you to take action against the concerned vendor and blacklist him and also compensate me for all the troubles that I had to go through due to this unprofessional behavior. Also I expect Snapdeal to be launch enquiry against its vendors to stop this to happen further with others. Find attached photos of the received package for your perusal. Please check it against the item showed on your website. You will find that the product I received is a CLEAR FAKE. Looking forward to a positive response and quick action and save any further trouble on both ends.
