This morning (22-Dec-2017) Jio calls did not go through and getting a message saying “your balance is low”. When I tried 199 cust care number i get the same message. How come customer service number also does not work if balance is low. I managed to call cust care through a different provider and they said a credit balance of Rs.24 is pending which is stopping my calls. This is a poor management and customer care, and needs immediate fix as every subscriber would be facing this issue.

I am unable to use internet through my sim only rest are working properly ..its a humble request to you guys please fix my problem because is delaying my internet conectivity works .it happed yesterday for 1 hour and today the whole day i was unable to connect through internet .im am using it in my jiofi router…the router is in good condition rest sims are working properly .my jio sim no is 8638337564
