I have given my jio- device to jio care Bolangir since a week due to non connect of wifi to my mobile. if the company can not provide service in time then company should return rs.2200 for jio device. many times i have visited at the jio service centre but the engineers did not give any solution to me.kindly consider the matter as early as possible. Hi I have Purchased Jiofi router from reliance store from crown interior Faridabad on but 19th Sep,2016 but they have not given me the sim yet saying they have some server problem for activation it is going to more than 7 days but they always repeat the same accuse request you to register my complaint.
