Lenovo Mobile Service Center – Customer Review

Sir, I was bought lenova k6 note in Poorvika mobile centre, Tuticorin.on Dec 31st2017., In the 2 nd day , my mobile edge was very slightly bent, when I put my mobile in my pocket , in the Jan 26 th my touch was not working, when I sent my mobile in to service centre on 28 th jan 2017,.I made a call on 3rd feb,one staff name mani , said , the mobile was okay, there was a touch problem, we ll claim the warranty, and said call to his peraonal number,when I ask in feb 07th, when I talk to his number, he didn’t response properly, and he argument with me, and threatening me , that “we are not going to claim the warranty, your mobile side bent are the reason” after my brother request to him , he said he will arrange it in warranty or at minimum cost of below 2000, service centre didn’t contact me for 34 days , on today 3rd march , he said ,we are not able to claim warranty , so we return your mobile without repair it , and ask me to pay 6500..,” or wait for 2 to 3 months, If I get any other mobile lenova k6 note , I will change that display to your mobile”And today when I received my mobile my mobile edge bentwas brokened large, they mad a bent look bigger,I dont know what to do , I use that mobile for only 24 days
