I have received a message on my registered mobile phone number 904XX 64536 for process of activation of jio sim to dial at 1977 from the same number ie 70075 53894 but as jio network is not available it was not possible. Then I dialed 18008901977 from my registered mobile number with jio. As per instructions I dialed last four digits of my voter identity card as proof of my address. Even after this neither the phone network or Internet network is available. Please solve this problem.
