I have a reliance landline connection in name: Sharadkumar billing account no:100000 10084016 for which i have requested for shifting of connection on 22-7-2016 with request no:248083924 on reliance office piplod but i am following it up from my end with reliance office piplod surat and also at r-care no:198 but no positive reply has been received from their end and also i want to get u noticed that the local wireman to whom reliance hire for connecting the services is asking for the bribe from me with help of local office head jigisha patel to do the work he is asking for the illegal amount for the wire which would be used to shift the landline connection when i forced them to do the work fast then they are telling that u could disconnect the connection if u want

I want you to please take action for shifting my phone as soon as possible so that i could do business again fluently i have no problem in paying any legal fees if their for shifting from reliance communication office i also want a refund for the rent for the unused period of the phone which would be around Rs.10 per day from 22-7-2016 to the date it could not be shifted
