My Jio sim number is 70122 32514. The connection was activated one month ago and i used it without any interruption for more than two weeks. But after that the connection lost. Though signal bar is active i am unable to make call and use internet. When i tried to make call i got a reply that ‘the network is not registered’. Please find solution immediately as i am unable to contact your customer care.
