I live in gomti nagar extension [in Lucknow] and purchased a Jio lyf Mobile set last month, earlier it was fine but now it gives me hi latency from 200-800ms, i normally ping google.com or facebook.com speedtest.in also gives its slowness. kindly resolve this in that are may be this is issue. However, SIKKA Broadband is providing good results.

I’m here to complain about poor strength of Jio 4G data services. I last checked through the TRAI application my net speed was downloading speed 0.23 mbps, and upload speed was 0.17 mbps my jio no is 70077 11474. Please solve this problem as soon as possible i am going to complaint about this to TRAI as well as.
