Xiaomi Redmi 2s Prime – No Customer Care

I have been facing some sort of problem with the back camera for which i have submitted my phone Redmi 2s prime at their exclusive service center Bhubaneswar on 29th June 2016. I has been given an expected date of return on 13th July 2016. But till now i haven’t got my phone back. Every time i visited your service center they simply say it has not been done yet. I even also talked many a times with your Customer executive @1800-103-6286 and registered a compliant but the response i got from them is that they forwarding my request to the concerned section. Last time when i had a talk with Xiaomi customer executive on 5th August, your executive said that they will be calling within 24 hours regarding the status.

But till now i haven’t have received any sort of call from Xiaomi. So its getting harder day by day living without a phone. i have faced a lot of problems regarding this. I demand Compensation of Rs 20,000. For the grievance i have faced during this process.
