Jio 4G LTE Not Working, LYF mobile is not per Specification

Dear Team, i had bought the phone LYF Flame on 28th may 2016, currently internet is not working in 4G speed, mobile is also going HANG all the time, Mobile specifications are not the same as your company has committed no 5 megapixel camera, no 1GB Ram, no display clarity, software problem is also there sometimes the phone automatically calling from sim 1 and sometimes from sim 2 even you select whatever the sim number, phone will automatically select itself, even its not able to make call in customer care i had tried to call lot of time, kindly help me to resolve my problem, my Jio number is 70166276128, alternate number is 9737142301
