I am from Kerala and own Lenovo P1a42 since November 2015. Recently I have observed a weird issue with the phone. I was in Gurgaon, Haryana with an assignment for sometime. Adding details of SIM I am using: SIM1 : Airtel – Kerala, Roaming activated, 4G SIM. SIM2 : Aircel – Delhi NCR, Roaming not activated, 2G SIM. It was found that when I am in Gurgaon with both the SIM in respective slots of my mobile phone, its working properly. No issues for data/voice. When I am in Kerala, I am getting network only in SIM2 and not in SIM1. That too SIM2 could be used only for voice, no data. SIM1 will catch the network(voice and data) only if I restart my phone at regular intervals of 2 hours. I am doubtful whether this could be rather an issue with phone than a network issue. Requesting you to have a check on this issue.
