Dear sir, I generated barcode from my jio app and I got the barcode no.5551 1874546 through which I got a jio sim and submitted my aadhar id along with photocopy of the barcode for activation. But I received a phone call from a distributor stating that my barcode has been already used by someone else. After that when I again downloaded my jio app to generate barcode the same barcode came as earlier but with a stamp of redeemed. Sir please reply me with a solution what should I do and it’s a request please block the sim which has been activated by my barcode.

Dear sir/madam, I went to store to get a Jio sim after generating the code but the store owner said that the code is already redeemed. I have not shared my code with anyone. Please help. Thank you.
