I have a Jio 4G SIM bearing No 70070 16104. I bought it from Local Retailer. It is not yet working. When I call on Customer Care he told me that I have the wrong SIM and need to exchange it from Jio branch office. Sir I went there but branch officer did nothing and said we cannot do anything in this matter.

Sir, i gave my all needed documents to retailer but he gave me wrong SIM. Please do the needful in activating the same.
