I am unable to login. When I am trying to login, a popup is coming i.e- your account is Temporary Suspended, please contact care@ freecharge.com I Emailed them 8-10 times but still neither they responding nor they are unblocking my Account. I have around 2200 rupees in my Account Wallet. I have proof of Emails with me. However they are saying that they have not received any email from my end. I have tried from another Email id as well cc my registered id but they are still not providing any information. I am attaching the proof.

I have approx. 2200 rupees in that account wallet and my money also blocked due to this reason. Company is not responding any satisfactory answer and also not unblocking my account. They are saying that they have not received any email from the registered ID, is this then can’t they call and verify further on my Number? I have also registered my number.

I want my money back anyhow as soon as possible. I want to unblock that account. When I will get my money, I will deactivate that account forever because I am annoying from the services providing by the Company to its customers. Worst experience I felt in my life. I need your help.
