Sir, I am not getting jio network for last 10 days after getting sim from reliance trends at wave mall, Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow. Your officials posted there say network problem. Please let me know the exact status. I was promised to get services of jio with in 24-48 hours. Please resolve my problem soon.

The network range is so slow in our area – mohan nagar , sultanwind road , Amritsar. Because of bad network the internet is also so slow. My jio contact no 70092 37558.
