MTS MBlaze Broadband – No Service

Dear Concerned, I have been chasing MTS via all possible communication channels i.e. calls, mails, Facebook for the last 3 months for resolution to my complaint that my data card doesn’t work and I have not been able to use even a single MB of data. But all my requests have fallen on deaf ears and and nothing has been done to resolve my concern. You may check my usage details for the last 3 months and you’ll find the usage to be zero, just because the data card just doesn’t work. And MTS has been threatening me unfairly for payments without providing the services for which I am being charged. I am therefore now escalating my grievance to you for your intervention and early resolution.

My connection should be restored and all charges should be waived off for the entire duration where my Internet connection / data card has not been working.
