One week ago I have brought a Jio sim. But the call verification not done I was waiting & dialing numbers of customer call but all such numbers not working messages and call is not working in my jio sim. My jio number is 8399307067. Such a poor service. I’m unable to use jio voice call & messages. So it’s useless. My another number is 8687805333 &there is no message about call verification on this number.

I have got my JIO sim on 29 September. Incoming call are started but outgoing call and data services is not yet started. It is saying that you don’t have enough Balance. I have complain this to local store they are just saying that they cant do anything.Plz help me to satart the voice call and data services. Since last 2 days I was calling to customer care executive, but they did not pick up my call.And from last 7 days my net is not working properly.. Please check and resolve my problem as early as possible.
