Samsung s7 edge – No Customer Service

I got my samsung s7 edge two months back. Accidentally my phone fell into the pool. After taken out of pool , i dried it.Then i tried to turn on the device. I sensed a vibration as well as notification lights turned on. but display is not working. Wen i went near to Samsung care, they did not even check my phone. Talking irrelevant to the situation like a guy who never seen a mobile phone.And they came to a conclusion on the repair cost.

I also had a conversation with the live chat regarding to this issue.That was totally waste of time. I dont think that chat support is in place to help people. I had a conversation with rep named Lalit, Attached a email conversation which i had with the rep, Also tried to reach customer care @ 1800-4072-678-64 , but unable to reach the rep.

Kindly suggest on the above issue and I demand a response on the issue with in couple of days or else i will post this issue on the social media.let public know about the service that you provide before they opt to by expensive phone from your guys. I seem to rude i am disappointing with the service that you guys provide.
