Jio 4G – Poor Customer Service Executive

Respected sir I have been ill treated by a customer executive only for i wanted to know that why my data finishes so fast because another executive said that it was for some jio problem that my data has been finished.i was promised to give my data back but when i called after the given time then the lady executive ill treated me ..please help Regards Your victim Tridip Nath

I do a recharge of 399 on 21 sep 2017 at 06:55 pm to my jio no. 7780XXX2792, my money was deducted from my bank account and i got 2 massages which are mentioned below 1.You spent Rs 399.00 at www.jio.com. The transaction ID is 701012710075. Your Jio Money account balance is Rs. 0.00 2.You have successfully added Rs. 399.00 to your Jio Money account. Your Jio Money account balance is Rs. 399. But nor i got my recharge, neither i got my money in my jio account, After this i called to customer care and they tell me wait till morning,,, but still my account is suspended also no money i got back to my account…Now please solve this problem as soon as possible…
