Lenovo Mobile Hardware Issues – No Customer Service

The product Lenovo K8 PLUS purchased on 23.09.2017 having No:WL 63655/Lenovo HSN:85171290—-864829 031643866, 8648290 31943860 proved defective by the authorized Lenovo service Center at Bhubaneswar as its hardwares have been defect. Hence, I want to get another new one in the replacement of the aforesaid mobile. If I don’t get the due justice, I shall go to the consumer court and take the help of medias. SUBAS CHANDRA ROUT

I purchased two lenovo PHAB Plus Tablet on 17.10.2017. One of them got sim slot problem hence i used only one sim for more than 4 months now suddenly the same mobile does not charge and took it to authorised service centre in Chennai. In authorised service centre it was told that warranty will not be available on online-purchases and he confirmed after online verification and told us the approximate cost for repair is Rs. 2,500.

I want to know whether warranty will not be available for online purchase.
I am in good faith ordered but lost with in six month and learned a lesson beware of purchase online.
Kindly through me a light on this issue. Is there any solution or am I cheated
