Hi Sir, I got the SIM before 25 days and until today my Jio SIM card isn’t activated. I tried calling the customer care number of jio , but there is no response, I request u to activate my sim 70165 40988 and my alternative contact number is 8141404751 Please solve my issue. Thank You.

I bought a sim on 26th august 2016. It showed up with no msgs as it was suggested to come. I went through the traditional method of buying the card. So after 5th September I again went to the store for ekyc verification. I got a message of my order no. NO0000070J75 on 8th of september. Still i am waiting for the second msg of activation of televerification. I tried calling customer care too but even after hours of call waiting the call was unable to connect. FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY TILL TODAY MY SIM CARD ONLY SHOWS ME EMERGENCY CALL ONLY AFTER INSERTING THE SIM CARD. EVEN I SHOWED THIS PROBLEM TO THE STORE MANAGER.BUT EVEN HE WAS UNABLE TO COME OUT WITH SOME SOLUTION.
