I have taken a Jio SIM from Reliance Digital from Dismond Plaza, Nagerbajar, Kolkata on 18th August. After two weeks also my SIM is not activated. Please do the needful.

I have Samsung A3 mobile and sim was 16 days old but at a time sim was not activate. Please tell me how much time taken to activate the same. My Jio no. Is 7009806147.
