I submitted TDR Ref no-ekt 20160121 12279741 on 21 Jan 2016.Because Train start from NEW JALPAIGURI STATION but not reach DARJEELING STATION.Due to engine breakdown it was cancelled in midway from NEW JALPAIGURI to DARJEELING STATION.Engine breakdown near Kurseong STATION. So why my refund is not processed.
