Jio 4G SIM Offer Not Activated for Samsung Mobiles

Dear Sir/Madam
I have been using Samsung Galaxy J2. I got issued the Reliance Jio SIM (no. 70079 22107) on 22nd of August from Reliance store Azamgarh, U.P. by submitting the following documents. 1. One photo of Passport size 2. Bar code print out Generated from my Jio, and 3. Photocopy of Adhar Card. Today at 2:48 pm a message from JM-JIONET came on my mobile no. 9450827587 which read ” Dear customer, thanks for choosing Jio. We have received your application for new connection. Your order number is N0000005T3DK. Thank you. Team Jio”. Another message came from same address at 2:51 pm which reads, “Dear customer we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your application with N0000005T3DK for new connection due to incomplete or mismatch information. To activate your connection please visit your nearest Jio Store/ retailer with POA/POI documents. Thank you. Team Jio.” I visited Jio store many time regarding the activation of SIM today, and earlier also but I did not get any satisfactory response. Therefore I request you to kindly see the matter so that my SIM could get activated. Thanking you.
