I had a chit with kapil chits ad chit got closed with full payment. And excess payment which i have paid though online is not refunded by the company. This is already showing as excess payment in their system.

It was not reflected in their system initially and they have issued legal notice to all the sureties and me. This is a physical damage and mental agony in front of others. And i visited their office several times but no response from them. This caused time waste and unnecessary expenses to reach them.

I need my amount to be refunded and compensation for causing mental agony and deformation in front of others
