Dear Reliance Jio Infocomm Higher Authorities,

I generated my Jio bar code on 26.08.2016 but when i go to the reliance store to take my jio sim at 30.08.2016 it seems that the bar code is redeemed. I could not do anything to that code but i could not get the sim. I want to know that if i don’t do anything then how it is possible someone else take sim with my code. You need to verify it. My handset is Samsung Galaxy J7. I downloaded the Jio App and generated Bar Code to get Jio 4G LTE SIM. I was very happy. Next day I went to the Reliance Digital Store to get my SIM and use the high speed broadband service but I was disappointed that my Bar Code was already redeemed. Jio should investigate this matter.
