I have downloaded your jio 4G mobile application by name Ramawatar meena, mob.no.916XX18619 and i received bar code 55560 736781. As per direction i was contact to your your Jio agent to received jio 4G sim card and he give me a token to 14/09/2016. I went to receive my sim on dated 14/09/2016,but he argue me that you had received your sim 13/09/2016,i told him why should you take my sim card other person before issue dated as you mention in token. please sir help me to find out my sim and action on your agent that he sell my sim to other person

I have got Coupon bar code no.- 55581313315, but the local authority (mobile shop) told me that 4G Sim is not in stock, and also told that sim my be available after 10 to 12 days.
