I have orderd reliance LYF water 11 mobile from onlymobile .com and i receive same on 7th september 2016. invoice no. 1241 invoice date-06-09-16 company promised me to provide jio sim with this mobile with jio preview offer. So for this I visited reliance digital at AMI mall vasantkunj, new delhi with mobile box and valid documents and request them to give jio offer but they refused to give and said there is no agreement like this. i asked to be in line as a normal customer who did not purchase mobile. and also they suggest me thay if i purchase fro reliance digital store then i will get in same day of purchase date. i am feeling very cheated in this partial management from digital store. thanks
