Dear sir, My self, Susan Aby had bought LYF flame phone with Jio sim ( no: 70118 XX069) on 5th Aug. 2016 from T.S group, G-4 Manasarovar building, Nehru place, New Delhi. Shopkeeper had notified me with an activation period of 2 days, but the sim has not yet been activated till date, i have been trying to constantly contact the shopkeeper ( in person as well as on phone), but he seems to be ignorant to my plea. I had submitted the requirements – 2 passport photographs and permanent verification address of Kerala (voter id). I am here in Delhi enrolled in Post graduation degree.
