I downloaded the myjio application and filled the details to get the barcode. But while using the barcode in the retail shop they said it is used by other. how it comes. My barcode is 555330 05921. Please make my barcode to get jio sim.

Hello Sir, I have One Plus 3 phone, and my mobile no.is 8587XX3771 which is registered my Jio app. state-Haryana,city-Gurgaon. My jio barcode is 55572811902. When I went to the retailer to collect the sim, he told to me that my bar code is used, which means my IMEI number has been assigned illegally to some other sim card, please give me an advise what i do to get sim, and to remove my IMEI registration that has been assigned to someone else.
