SBI Home Loan Transfer – Mis-Selling

I have home loan account with State Bank of India (New Pavel-West Branch, Navi Mumbai), account no. 3579XX34247. I have transfer my home loan from LIC housing finance to SBI in May-2016 through Ms Durga Makharia (Home Loan Consultant at SBI). Ms Makharia approached me to transfer my home loan to SBI and she has promised to reverse processing fee (I paid INR 11,400 to SBI as processing fee) to me after transfer of my home loan i.e. one of the condition on which I had transferred by my home loan to SBI. But, once the loan has been transferred Ms Durga stopped picking my calls and stopped all communication with me. This is clear case of mis-selling of product. I had approached New Panvel (W) branch on 2nd July-2016 as well and given written complaint against her (attached copy with email) to Ms Anushka Parkar – she accepted my complain on behalf of Branch Manager- New Panvel (W). But, no action has been taken till date. Request you to please take necessary action against Ms Durga Makharia, who is creating BAD name for SBI by misspelling products, and also request you to please reverse processing fee to me as promised by SBI home loan consultant. If, I will not receive any response from SBI within one month, I will further take this case to higher level and consumer court.

I demand Reversal of processing fee.
