Jio barcode is used il-legally by other which is registered my Jio app. My jio barcode is 55512405623. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, I have not use bar code never .my tab just new . pls reply i am used your jio service.

I have a asus zenfone max i have downloaded myjio app 4 to 5 times i had a conversation with c.care many times but no resolution is available for barcode they simply denied “we can’t do anything for barcode” this is ridiculou. Is this your service pissed off service. Please contact me how do i generate the barcode there is no option to “get jio sim”.
