Dear Sir

I had Booked a 2 BHK Flat in Tata Ariana Project, Bhubaneswar under 30:70 scheme . I have already Paid 30% . Balance 70% is to be paid at the Time of Possession. Please see the attached Demand from the company which is asking Rs 31243 as Interest Charge & mentally harassing me. I claim a Compensation of Rs 50,000 for mentally harassing me.

Please look into the matter ASAP.
