Dear Jio Infocomm,I am resident of Jharkhand and studied at Madhya Pradesh.I buy a RJio SIM from local store of Worth Rs.200 and post purchase of JioSim then verification comes.During verification of my aadhar card(Jharkhand) is out of Region from eKYC form.I mean to say that Aadhar Card is valid throughout the Country but your Jio Sim only offer particular state of Aadhar Card.Wow!! Tremendous Policy.

I bought a lyf flame 8 smartphone at 23/09/2016. I found a jio sim with this phone but he do not gave me the number of my jio sim. I found a new connection message on my alternate number 9931121707. The message is ” Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing Jio. We have received your application for new connection. Your order number is NO00000BK5N1.
But it’s not activated. Please short my issue as possible.
