KTM Service center – Worst response/ Experience

I Owned a KTM RC200 from Mysore Karnataka KTM showroom which is run by Popular Bajaj i met with a self accident. When i leaved the vehicle for Service in the Month March 2016. There was no proper response from the KTM service center with so much struggle with all stories and Drama finally i got repaired my bike in the month of Sep 2016 and i paid 35 K for the repair. Now, when i trying for the insurance amount the Head mechanic Karthik with his irresponsibility he didnt submitted the proper document and now i am not getting claimed with Insurance amount when i asked they keep on do the same drama and telling the fake stories today its Feb 9 2017 no document submitted as well i m not getting the claims amount of around 25 k. When i checked with the management of Showroom who owns by popular bajaj by name Suresh. Even he is not responding and not taking the things seriously. If i ask Karthik he will be saying that he will pay from his pocket and even he got the tires for my bike and still if i ask for remaining amount. Again he tells the same stories and drama. Totally very bad experience and response from the KTM Showroom in Mysore Karnataka. I want this Showroom itself to get close and take off the authorized dealership. They are unfit to run the Showroom with the reputed brands. It will also spoils the brand value.
