It is for your kind information that I have booked some Air tkts in Air india Recently today at time 18.15 & 18.23 on VIA portal online as below Detail & PNR-Y3C7H(5 pax) in sector as combined booking from Bathinda to Lucknow on Dt 08/03/2017 in flight no AI-9622 & AI-811 & Return on 15/03/2017 in flight no-AI-412 & AI-9621
TOTAL PAX-6,When I filled above 6 names for booked tkt the Cost was Incressed as Rs 13860/per Pax,after that I have filled 5 Pax names and the cost was shown as Rs 13399/-per pax in return fare & I have to booked the tkt as per shown cost on portal online that time i.e.Rs 13399/-But the payment was debit from my id at Rs 14607/ per pax,

After that immidiately I have booked remening 1 pax tkt for which the cost was Rs 13860/per pax,Below Tkts PNR is H6YFE(1 pax) for Mr Yash Pal booked only 1 tkts after booking of 1st 5 pax tkt
So now at this time VIA portal Shown cost as Rs 14003/-per pax for the same sector(Proof as Print screen of VIA portal Attached),So this is the fraud with us,because the Tkts shown as Rs 13399/- charged us for Rs 14607/-per pax for 5 pax i.e.Rs 1208/ per pax,that become Rs 6040/- total fraud,Cheating with us
So immiimmidiate take action against above 5 pax return tkts & refund as excess payment which you have charged from us Otherwise I have gone to consumer Court & file a case upon you & Airline & you are the responcibal for all that
