Sir I have take a sim on 25/01/2017 from Khamla jio store(Nagpur) . I have a UP adhahar card (531262XX3880).He promised to activate the sim till today 27/01/2017. The ICCID no of jio sim is 899186 4040011 3867142 and IMSI 40586405621667 .But my sim is not activated for calls and data services yet.

Jio sim has been deactivated on my SAMSUNG. Also I am not able to use any other JIO SIM. Please resolve.

: Purchasing LYF WIND7 imei1-9115105 05938544 & imei2- 91151050 7938542 and took jio sim with service certificate from sunderbani jammu jio store on dtd 22.12.16. since the date till now 2 messages come and also given the no. 7780806761 but not ACTIVATED TILL NOW. then i went to jio store sunderbani and given another sim with service certificate which order no. is NO00001Z6L84 also not activated till date
