With regards to the pending documents what you have mentioned {Require exit fee receipt. / Duly filled NOC checklist form. / Duly filled exit feedback form. / Proof of acknowledgement copies. / Policy holders address and contact numbers in soft copy. / Resignation letter. }

The above documents has already been submitted by me to the Branch manager Mr.Prashanth at MG Road branch & further to the Focus team in the month of July 2016 itself. But due to unknown reasons I do not understand why Exide Life is delaying so much to just issue me NOC and still my name reflects on IRDA portal when my PAN number is entered.

Even I have got a confirmation from Mr.Prashanth that there is no any pending documents to be submitted form my end. So please do the necessary processing to cancel my Code from Exide and remove my PAN number from Exide Life reflecting under IRDA portal.
