I have Samsung Galaxy j5 SM-J500F phone, and my mobile no.is 9614931823 which is registered my Jio app. I am from the city Kolkata. My Jio barcode is 555610 11519. After all process (My fingerprint scan, Aadhaar card number entry and taking alternate mobile number the Reliance person (Reliance digital express, Ganesh Chandra Avenue) told me that the above mentioned barcode is invalid. My mobile also shows this is redeemed while opening my Jio app. Please give me advise what i do for get sim.(Please block this and issue new bar code)

Sir, I have Redmi prime, and my mobile no.is 8800XX6472 which is registered my Jio app. state-bihar,city-sasaram. My jio barcode is 55562982158. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.
