Hello Team, I recently purchased Lenovo Zuk Z1 on May 24, 2016, got it replaced due to defective speaker port. I am really disappointed with the product and the Lenovo center service. Within a month, the phone started giving problem of not detecting the mobile network. the signals will not show at all and when the same sim is put in a different phone, it works fine. My friend purchased the Zuk Z1, had the same problem, returned the phone within a month. I took the phone to Lenovo service center, they repaired the phone, informed it was a hardware problem. I had to wait 2 hours to get this done at Lenovo center CMH Road, Bangalore. No phone has given me a trouble within 2 months of purchase except the phone. And that too a hardware problem.

Is this the quality you offer to the customers? The phone again started giving problem and I had to visit the Lenovo service center again, wait there again for 3 hours and then they inform me the mother board has to be replaced? What is the guarantee that I ll not face the problem again? Do you think we are this free to find time to visit Lenovo service center every now and then, waste 2-3 hours there and spoil our whole schedule? I will need my money back in case the problem is still not fixed. Please expedite the request and I would need the phone as soon as possible. I cannot really wait 4-5 business days for the product to be repaired.
