Hello Sir, I have downloaded the Reliance jio app about 30 days back. But when I went to the nearest reliance digital store to get the Reliance jio sim card, they refused my request to get the sim and told me to buy a mobile phone or any other product related to phone from their store having worth more than 500 rupees to get the sim card which is totally illegal. I will be highly obliged for your proper response. Thankyou

Hi , A Agent in Kolkata, bearing # 9830852200 gave me a JIO sim without taking any details from me ,He took activation charges and fled away and now he dont respond to my calls, and i am going to compalin against him in the consumer court , he took money from me for activation and gave me the sim but he says since he is busy he cant activate my sim as if the RELIANCE CONNECTION belongs to him, PLEASE GIVE ME EXPLANATION HOW RELAINCE CAN OVERCOME SUCH AGENTS AND HOW CAN HE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK….send me email at samirbhusanchowdhury54@gmail.com
