Dear Sir, This is to inform you that i had enrolled my self as an insurance agent code-8829244316 in the year of 2014 in kotak life insurance .Due to other commitments ,i am unable to carry on with the joband want withdraw from your enlistments .Request you to do the need ful in delisting me as an insurance agent and issue NOC in this regards.and i mentioned here i had gone to katak mahindra office many times but no resualt found .so plz intervene and issue NOC .Awaiting your sincere reply.Biswadarshi Mishra

I am an agent of kotak life insurance company in Kolkata.My branch was in kanak building.Few months ago I left the company because I am not interested in agent base work,so I told them to released me as soon as possible but they demanded 5000 rupees for cancellation of my agent Id from there.That is not fair. Kindly cancel my agent Id, send me the details of it.
