I felt cheated and bluffed by JIO ads to purchase a lyf mobile set and a free jio sim. I filled the application form with 3 id proofs and photos, but after one week the message came ‘mismatch’ and I filled the form again. after one week, same messae. I went JIO office in pune and personally gave my documents, photos and filled form. The officials confirmed that there is no problem with the application form and documents submitted. Yet after a week message, “mismatch”. Why am i lured into purchased Lyf if the JIO reliance company if the co. knows that they cant handle all the customers and their applications. It is a ALL India bluff and having PM Modi in the ad is an insult to PM if the common man is cheated to purchased lyf mobile set and JIO is not going to be activated on it. Can the common man will be refunded if the JIO sim is not activated?
